BeetVPN Troubleshooting


Below is a list of the most common issues you may encounter. If your issue is not listed or remains unresolved, feel free to reach out to us at support@beetvpn.com. We respond promptly.

First of all, thank you for choosing us! We do not send confirmation emails as we allow the use of temporary or disposable email addresses. You won't receive any emails from us, except if you request a password reset.

After creating your account, log in to your account using your credentials. There, you'll find your VPN login details. Keep in mind that your account credentials differ from your VPN credentials for security reasons. Once you have your VPN credentials, download the appropriate app from our list (check the menu), and input your credentials into the app.

On mobile apps, you'll need to go to settings and enter your login information there. For other apps, you'll be prompted to enter your credentials when logging in. After that, select a server and connect with a single click or tap!

To request a refund, simply contact us via email at support@beetvpn.com. Please include a brief explanation of why you'd like a refund. Don't worry, we usually process refunds promptly. If you're not satisfied with our service, there's no reason for us to keep your money!

This is usually resolved by resetting your password, as it might have been mistyped during account creation. Please double-check that your email is also correct, especially if you're using a disposable address. If the password reset option doesn't help, contact us at support@beetvpn.com. We typically respond very quickly.

Try switching to another protocol if your app allows it. WireGuard is our fastest protocol, but you can also experiment with other protocols or ports. Network congestion can occur during peak hours, so you may want to try connecting later.

If no servers are showing, it could mean there's a temporary issue with one of our servers. Please be patient, or contact us directly at support@beetvpn.com for more information. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

This might indicate that your credit card has been used fraudulently. This can happen with "card testing," where someone attempts to verify your card's validity. Contact us immediately at support@beetvpn.com, and we will issue a refund.

This error typically occurs when your VPN account has expired or been canceled. If your account is still active, try restarting your device. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@beetvpn.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
